If you want to participate in the conference, you first need to register and pay a registration fee, using the link at the bottom of this page. There are three different registration fees:

• An early bird fee of €275 (if you register before May 1st, 2024)
• A regular fee of €325 (if you register after May 1st, 2024)
• A reduced fee, which gives a €150 discount on the above fees.*

* When you submitted an abstract, you could indicate whether and why you want to request a reduced fee. If you are eligible for a reduced fee, you have received an email from us with a special discount code that you can fill in in the payment portal.

The conference fee covers the costs of the welcome reception, conference dinner, coffee/snacks in the breaks, and a lunchbox (vegetarian) on conference days. The conference dinner (which will take place in the evening Thursday July 4th) is preceded by an optional excursion of your choice from the activity program below. After the excursions are finished, we will travel together to the restaurant with organized bus transportation.

Optional excursions (before the conference dinner):

• 2.5 hour guided boat trip through the canals of the historic center of Leiden and the beautiful lakes of the Kagerplassen surrounded by picturesque landscapes. Additional costs: €25.
• A guided tour and beer tasting at a Leiden craft brewery, combined with a short walking tour through the old city of Leiden. Additional costs: €25.

In the registration portal, you can indicate whether you want to participate in one of the above excursions. Please select maximally one excursion, as they take place simultaneously.
